J.N.S. Auto Parts Sdn. Bhd. (“JNS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with our website, enquiries, sales and related services.
We process personal data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, as amended, and applicable regulations and standards.

We obtain information from you through orders, accounts, forms, email, WhatsApp and other direct communications.
Where relevant, we also receive information from payment providers, delivery companies, marketplaces, an authorised representative or other service providers involved in your transaction.
If you provide another person’s information, please ensure you have authority to do so and bring this notice to their attention.

Without essential contact, delivery or payment information, we may be unable to fulfil your order. Without sufficient vehicle information, we may be unable to confirm compatibility.
Marketing subscriptions are optional. Declining marketing will not prevent you from purchasing products.

14. Changes and Languages
