These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through https://jnsauto.com.my and your use of the website.
“JNS”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean J.N.S. Auto Parts Sdn. Bhd.
Our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of the sales terms. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal data.
1. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
Consumer status and statutory protection depend on the law and the circumstances of the purchase. They are not determined solely by whether a customer selects a personal or business account.
2. Customer Information and Accounts
Please provide accurate order, contact, payment, delivery and vehicle information.
You must have authority to make the purchase. Keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
We may take proportionate action against fraud or misuse, without removing rights relating to legitimate orders.
3. Product Information and Brand References
Products must correspond with their agreed description.
Photographs may show a representative product or packaging. Cosmetic or packaging variations do not permit supply of a materially different brand, specification, quality or condition without your agreement.
Listings will identify whether goods are genuine vehicle-manufacturer parts, OEM/OES-brand products or aftermarket products, as applicable.
Vehicle trademarks and part numbers may identify compatibility. Their use does not imply an authorised dealership or manufacturer affiliation unless expressly stated.
4. Compatibility and Installation
Compatibility may depend on the VIN/chassis number, production date, engine, transmission, variant and modifications.
Please provide accurate information and disclose known non-standard components. Our assistance depends on the information available.
Any express compatibility confirmation given by JNS on the basis of complete and accurate information forms part of the agreed description.
Check the item before installation. Use a suitably qualified installer and follow relevant manufacturer instructions.
Incorrect installation or an unrelated vehicle fault may affect a claim, but installation alone does not extinguish rights concerning a defective product.
5. Prices, Charges and Payment
Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit unless otherwise indicated.
The full payable price, including delivery, applicable taxes and compulsory charges, will be disclosed before payment. Optional extras require express agreement.
Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout or expressly confirmed in an official quotation:

Payment must be verified before dispatch unless separate written credit terms apply. A transfer screenshot alone does not establish receipt of cleared funds.
For a failed, pending or duplicate payment, contact us with the transaction reference before paying again. Confirmed duplicate payments will be refunded.
6. Order Process and Acceptance
You may review and correct your details before submitting an order. For errors discovered afterwards, contact us promptly through the channels below.
We will acknowledge orders without undue delay. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt and is not necessarily acceptance.
We accept an order when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
If an item is unavailable or a material listing error is found before acceptance, we will explain the issue and offer available options. We will not substitute products or collect a higher price without your agreement.
Payments for an order we cannot accept will be refunded.
7. Special Orders and Cancellation
Special-order lead times, deposits and cancellation conditions must be disclosed before purchase.
Any non-refundable amount must be lawful, fair and clearly agreed. It cannot remove rights where goods are defective, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
Please contact us promptly to cancel. Requests after dispatch are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Delivery and Returns
Delivery coverage, charges, estimates and collection arrangements are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Returns, defects and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
A courier or manufacturer investigation does not relieve JNS of its own obligations or justify unreasonable delay.
9. Warranties and Related Costs
Commercial warranties vary by product. Any offered warranty period and conditions will be disclosed with the product or before purchase.
A commercial warranty is additional to statutory rights. Its expiry does not automatically end a statutory claim.
Normal wear, misuse, modifications, incorrect installation and unrelated vehicle faults are not manufacturing defects.
Claims for installation, diagnostic, towing or other related costs will be assessed according to evidence, causation and applicable law. These costs are not categorically excluded where the law provides a right to recover them.
10. Website Use and Intellectual Property
You may use the website for lawful enquiries and purchases.
Do not introduce malicious software, gain unauthorised access, interfere with website operation or use the website for fraud.
Website materials owned by JNS or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.
11. Liability and Events Outside Our Control
Responsibility for loss depends on the cause, the agreed obligations and applicable law.
We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. No general disclaimer overrides statutory product guarantees.
Where events outside our reasonable control affect fulfilment, we will communicate the impact and take reasonable steps to resolve it. Such events do not automatically allow us to retain payment for goods that cannot be supplied.
12. Personal Data
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of sales terms does not constitute blanket consent to optional marketing, advertising tracking or unrelated uses of personal data.
13. Third-Party Marketplaces and Trade Terms
Marketplace orders also follow the platform’s transaction and dispute procedures.
Separately agreed written trade terms may apply to wholesale or business purchases. They do not remove non-excludable rights where those rights apply.
14. Changes to Terms
Updated terms apply to future transactions from their stated effective date.
We will not retrospectively reduce rights under an accepted order without your agreement or a legal requirement.
15. Governing Law and Complaints
These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
Please contact us first so we can investigate a concern. This does not prevent you from approaching a competent court, the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia where eligible, or another relevant authority.
No provision requires a consumer to waive access to a statutory complaints or dispute-resolution process.
